Post Acceptance and Visa Steps
I-20 Acknowledgement and Financial Advice
Once the student receives an I-20 from his preferred university, Our student counsellors guide the student about acknowledging the I-20 along with offering financial advice to reserve their candidature at the university.
Visa Application
Based on the request by the students, we can also arrange for the following:
- SEVIS Fee to be paid
- Complete the DS-160 form
- Complete the online VISA appointment application along with paying the VISA application fee
- Book VISA slots with Biometric
Pre-Arrival
Once the most crucial things like Visa are sorted out, our counsellors now step in to guide you with your Pre-Arrival requirements like making your travel plan, your packing guide, mandatory health screening and other formalities to be completed before landing in the USA.
Post-Arrival
- Once the student land in the USA, we offer all possible support to ensure the student is comfortable by taking care of the initial requirements.
- We provide accommodation support.
- We offer guidance about payment of tuition fee, Information about the City, local commute and facilities like opening a bank account and availing health insurance etc.
- A local support group of our old students to acclimatise the newcomer to the new surroundings
